THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the CMS Manager, this is a great opportunity to work with some of the largest retailers, CPGs and household panels in the Brazilian market. You will be working with the client team as the insight champion, working with brand managers, category management and sales managers on a daily basis. Your support will include utilizing and maintaining/supporting Symphony RetailAI CMS solution. The ability to generate insights and partner with the retailer and CPGs to drive value from those insights is vital to the success of the role. This person must be a proficient communicator who can work independently or with groups to achieve optimal performance. We’re looking for passionate people who are creative problem solvers, analytically curious, and who know how to identify insights and transform them into action. KEY ACTIVITIES Develop a strong understanding of Symphony Category Management Suite (CMS) and the interaction with other reporting tools, Assortment and Planogram software, CRM, promotions, Customer Decision Tree Strong understanding of Household Panels analysis and metrics Support all identified customer strategies as defined by client Input, track and insure fulfilment of client project requests, such as category review processes, product and customer clustering, Assist in team and user training as needed Devise analytical approaches that leverage CMS capabilities to interpret and assemble data to develop actionable solutions, make recommendations and create action plans Research and resolve data or technical issues for the retail client as needed Manage workflow for Managers and Associate Managers of Category insights Participate in development of Best Practices, training, and reference materials Contribute to quality control and validation of all reporting and troubleshooting data and software issues as needed Actively participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested. Support, train and coach client and CPG commercial managers with Customer Insights for better planning and negotiations YOUR PROFILE: 6-7 Years relevant experience in retail or CPG industry related roles Fluent in Portuguese, with some knowledge of English required Ability to develop productive and professional client relationships Excellent communications skills Must be detail and quality oriented High technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (high proficiency required), Word, and PowerPoint WHY SYMPHONY RETAILAI?
